The process of creating Crystalette involves growing sapphire crystals at low temperatures (-269°C or -452°F) using the techniques of laser-heated pedestal growth and oxygen decomposition. The result is a high-quality, near-perfect crystal with very low levels of defects and impurities, making it ideal for use in electronic devices, optical applications, and semiconductor components that require precise and accurate performance.
